Submit a Request for a Plan Review (If Needed)

If you already have an NDIS plan but need more accommodations, you can request a plan review.

Steps to Request a Plan Review for More Accommodations:

Contact the NDIS and say you need a review due to unmet needs

Gather new evidence (e.g., therapist letters, impact statements)

Submit a Change of Circumstances Form (if your needs have changed)

Attend a meeting with your planner to explain why the changes are important
